Applicable for:

• Regularized staff member who are receiving a total yearly income of Php400,000 pesos and above
• (Immediate family members): One’s parents, spouse, minor children (applicable for adult children who can prove to be students through documents), spouse’s parents.

Visa Application Documents

• Application Form
• Passport Bio page
• Photocopy of passport
• Photocopy of visa (OECD countries) for the last five (5) years, if applicable
• Original certificate of employment
  • Must be issued within 3 months and must include:
  • Applicant’s position
  • Date hired
  • Compensation
  • Company name
  • Office Address
  • HR landline number
  • HR e-mail address
• Submission of bank certificates, bank statements and ITR are exempted for Full-time Employees and Family members. Other documents, such as proof of relationship, are required.
  • Exempted documents may still be submitted if preferred.
