Single Entry regular PHP5000 (3 weeks), express PHP7000 (2 weeks)
Double Entry regular PHP6000 (3 weeks), express PHP8000 (2 weeks)
6 Months Multiple regular PHP7000 (3 weeks), express PHP9000 (2 weeks)
1 year Multiple regular PHP8000 (3 weeks), express PHP10000 (2 weeks)

- Application Form (must be typewritten, do not leave blanks please put N/A, if not applicable, wet sign using black ink)
- Consent Form (for minors)
Note:
Fees are non refundable. First time applicants are not allowed to apply for a multiple entry visa and express processing. It is recommended to apply at least 3 months before the travel date. All forms and colored photocopies must be in A4 size bond paper. Processing may take longer than usual due to the high volume of visa applicants.

- Authorization Letter (1 copy each applicant)
