BACK to Visa Assistance and List of Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Passport (bearing holder’s signature)
   • Old passport with expired China visa should also be submitted.
   • Not expiring within six (6) from date of application
2. Photo
   • 1 pc recent passport size picture with white background (must wear colored shirts with collar, ears are exposed, no eyeglasses, hats and etc.)
3. Application form (Download here)
4. Copy of Hotel Booking
5. Copy of Airline Booking
6. Copy of Latest Stamp of Arrival or E-travel Certificate
7. Daily Itinerary
8. Bank Certificate
   • must reflect average daily balance within the last six (6) months with receipt from the bank
   • Bank certificate is accepted only for 1 month from the date of issuance.
9. Bank Statement for the last 6 months with receipt of payment
10. For family applications: Proof of relationship is needed – photocopies of PSA Birth Certificates and PSA Marriage Certificates, if married

FIRST TIME APPLICANTS

1. For Employed Individuals:
   Original Certificate of Employment (issued within 1 month) and must include the following information: Applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, company name and office address, HR landline number and e-mail address (if available)
2. For Business Owners, must submit:
   • Photocopy of DTI, Certificate of Business Registration/SEC
   • Photocopy of the Mayor’s Permit from the City Hall (current/valid)
     

Latest Income Tax Return

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. For Students: must submit a copy of school ID
2. For Senior citizens: must submit the copy of their senior ID
3. Affidavit of Support/Guarantee Letter is needed if you will be supporting another visa applicant.
4. For Minors: Consent Form for minors 18 years old below (Download here)
5. For non-submission of Certificate of Employment and ITR – explanation letter must be submitted applicable for housewife and senior citizens.

FOR RENEWAL OR APPLICANTS WITH EXPIRED USED CHINA VISA

1. Valid and old passport with expired/used China Visa.
   • If unused, must provide requirements as first time applicant.

PROCESSING FEES

• Single Entry regular PHP5000 (3 weeks), express PHP7000 (2 weeks)
• Double Entry regular PHP6000 (3 weeks), express PHP8000 (2 weeks)
• 6 Months Multiple regular PHP7000 (3 weeks), express PHP9000 (2 weeks)
• 1 year Multiple regular PHP8000 (3 weeks), express PHP10000 (2 weeks)

NOTE:
Fees are non-refundable. First time applicants are not allowed to apply for a multiple entry visa.

REMARKS:
The embassy may ask for other documents not listed above in connection to your visa application. Travelpros and its employees reserves the right to coordinate with the applicant all additional required documents after evaluation from embassy. In such cases that applicant will not submit, thus, opted to withdraw the application, all fees will remain nonrefundable and only passport will be returned.
